Continuous rotation servo question

Stuck... Need a standard servo and all I have in the shop are Parallax continuous rotation servos.

Is there a "center point" which can be found on these?

    The feedback pot has been mechanically disconnected from the servo's output shaft for continuous rotation, so I think you're SOL, OBC. AOK?
