I have contacted Jim Carey, Parallax, latly through his public Email and have not gotten back from him. I sent out a message on monday.

Whats going on??

    It may take a while. Last I heard, he was on site doing his lastest movie..

    So, Jim Carey = Parallax?? Isn't it more appropriate to ask if anyone has heard from Jim instead of making it sound like Parallax as a company isn't responding to anyone?

    People may be on vacation, tied up on projects, etc. Can't judge a whole company on just one person.....

    It's inventory month. They are installing new major equipment for the production of new products, and
    they are getting ready to have 200 people descend on the place at the end of the month.

    @microcontrolled - it is quite rare that Jim doesn't reply to inquiries. This is one of his most important roles at Parallax.

    On Thursday he was out (with me and four others on our team) to visit a manufacturing facility in Reno, NV. And on Friday we all took a day to go down the East Fork Carson River in Nevada. Call it an "off-site meeting day".

    I'll see that he replies to your message as soon as possible. His e-mail is jcarey@parallax.com in case you sent it somewhere else.

    @pi'd - this is normal for PJ Allen. I've started to really look forward to his posts and cynical statements. He's one of the forumistas who generates a solid laugh in our office now and then. Posts like the one above only raise our expectations for his humor.
