I Wasn't Sure where to put this, but I need to know if you can connect the Parallax 2x16 Serial LCD to a Basic Stamp Homework board BS2, and a wiring diagram would be helpful too.

    Go to the parallax site and the product page for the display you have. Scroll down to the Resourses section on the right and open the documentation. All your questions will be answered.

    Connecting this display is very straightforward, go to the part number in the catalog and refer to some application notes, I do not remeber exactly which one, but connecting it is a breeze, this display works beautifully it is fancier than the parallel LCD display you only need to wire three wires , one thing I love about these applications is that they work as depicted if you follow the steps.

    RX wire goes to stamp and other to one is 5 v middle one last one goes to ground.
