How to do Copper Pour in Eagle?

I miss the copper pour function in ExpressPCB.
Does anyone know whether it can be done in Eagle?

** Sorry, I left out that polygon tool is required to make the rectangle

I am still not so clear on how to set the rect to become Gnd or to set the drain sizes.
I tried to set the component name of the rect or the component value of the rect but it i could not click on the rect.

Check out my brand new site.
1. At the end of the board routing use Polygon to draw the shape around the area you want poured.
2. use the name tool to change the name of the polygon to match the name of the net you want poured such as VSS or GND or VCC. The naming is the whole trick to the action.
3. Hit ratsnest and you are there.
EAGLE's help on polygon tool includes some tidbits on what the various parameters do for setting orphans or spacing.
