changing tab order

Can the tab order of thess screens be changed?

It takes 18 TAB presses to move from the Subject line to the message box.

    I don't know what browser you're using, but Opera gets there in two TABs, regardless of how long the page is.

    You only ever need two tools in life. If it moves and it shouldn't use Duct Tape. If it does not move and it should use WD40.
