  Nope. The Stingray is too heavy to any sort of reasonable flying setup.

  There's no reason you couldn't rig a crane/hoist system for it.

  Motor, cable, pully's, about 20' of unistrut, a cafeteria tray and some track wheels.

  If you have a hand rail on the side of the stairs you could possibly make an arm that latches on and climbs that. that way you would not need to have any external hardware.

  I don't think a stingray will ever fly. Imagine my dissapointment when I realized that although it's named Stingray, it can't swim and in fact it doesn't even float!

  Would be interesting to note if the stingray has the power to weight ratio and sticky enough wheels to go up a ramp of typical stairway inclination.

  Piece o' cake - but it'd take a lot more than $100 to be worthwhile. I think it could be done for about $2500, plus bail and lawyers' fees.
