    Any TV repair shop or any tv-repair-hobbyist should be able to help with that because it is just a simple old-fasion tv but without a tuner.·

    You should probably ask on Amiga.org because they have a lot of people who know about how to fix things.

    Look around. THere are still shops that repair TVs and VCRs and the like.
