·I have attached all the code and schematics of a Flight computer that reads and stores accelerometer data.
The data is downloaded using a Visual Basic App.(Thanks Jeff)

Any input?

Cool! Tell us more. Was this a class project? Who do you fly with?

I see you had a board made. Do you plan to sell the boards?

The Max 187 sounds like the answer to a question I've had about Vref for analog devices. The internal reference voltage works well for you? Those are 8-pin DIP packages?

·No not a class project. A work in progress.·The goal here was to get accel data for different devices and get an interface working.

The flights were at Tripolli Minnesota's Northbranch launch.

No I don't plan on selling the boards but I can provied a link for them from BatchPCB. They will break mach so I figured a board would be a good idea.

·The Vref has worked fine.· Yes they are 8 DIP.

·It wouldn't take more than an upgraded moduel and a GPS connected to the expansion header to have that info as well.

·Here is the flight data from the first launch. The payload was powered up sideways instead of vertically. This affected the at rest readings of the accelerometers. There was a noticable differance in the MMA but not so much with the ADXL.

·Here is the data from the second flight. Payload powered up vertical. There is a significant increase in the output of the MMA shortly after apogee.· The differance was compared until apogee.

·As for the rise in output from the MMA:

· 1. I do not have signal diodes

· 2. The differance in orientation from the vertical axis at apogee

Any other suggestions on what caused this?

XLS files can be zipped to post them. DO you also have source for the VB app? Nice project by the way.
