IDE Error 0052 Incompatable Firmware revision

I can't fined anything in the download javelin web page.
How do I get a firmware upgrade?

    This error is caused by miscommunication·between javelin and serial port.
    Sometimes recycling power helps.

    Provide more info about your setup.
    What board do you use? Do you use a USB2SER cable, and if so,
    what brand and what chipset uses that usb2ser cable.
    Not all usb2ser cables handle timing correctly to work
    with the javelin. The FTDI chipset used by Parallax usb2ser module
    does work.
