  Jazzed: A COG simulator is not that difficult to do but you have to limit it somehow. Do you need only 1 COG ? or more COGs ?. One COG is, I tell you a matter of few hs. .
  
  I wanted to re-write pPropellerSim in python (to learn it). Python is quite script friendly. It all depends what you want to manage scripting. things like trace, set breakpoint, and so on, or much more finer grained ? with or without HUB ? If you specify exactly (or more or less) I may help (read: code it).

  Sorry, I do not know any verilog :-(. Neither I know VHDL :-( :-(.

  Is src/org/pacito/propeller + a main() method all that is needed for a standalone app?

  Yes, you need a few files from /propeller.

  I use our own command line simulator, but it only simulates the instruction set, nothing about the pins. If you can use it, let me know via email.
