I don't think so. I did a bit of mucking around with VGA drivers and managed to get one to support both text and bitmapped graphics at 1152x864. But it took 5 cogs to do it. I think beyond that point you just run out of speed on the Prop. You certainly run out of both cogs and RAM!
Of course (having said that) Chip Gracey (amongst others!) always seems to find clever ways to do things that everyone had previously thought impossible - so you never really know.
There was a 1280 x 1024 using 3 cogs for video plus one for an optional cursor and a 1600 x 1200 using 5 cogs plus one for a cursor. You might be able to modify the 1600 x 1200 driver for 1152 x 864, but that doesn't leave much memory or cogs for anything else.
