  No; you must use an external device like an EEPROM.

  I think an I2C EEPROM is the way to go. I have used them successfully in several projects. (I even put a file system on one!)

  Actually, the values in SX memory do not change after a reset or wakeup from sleep.
  Just make sure you don't clear the memories at startup.
