Question about Parallax USB to Serial Adapter working with Vista and SX-Key?

I have a new computer for my lab bench that runs Vista home premium but it does not have any COM ports. Has anyone used this adapter with Vista and an SX-Key? I was ready to buy it along with another order or so·when I went to the FTDI USB driver link page and it said "Windows NT/2000/XP only: Need Troubleshooting?"

Am I to assume that this does not support Vista?

PS: I just noticed I hit by 1001 posting! Wow and it's been a little under 3 years since I have been working with Parallax products.

    I have ordered one. My computer instantly recongnized it and it works fine. Tested with the sx-key, no problems. Tested with Stamp plot, no problems. I am extremely pleased with the adapters performance!

    I'm using Vista Home Premium with the Parallax FTDI USB/serial adapter: no problem.

    I haven't used it with an SX, but I've given it quite a workout with various serial Basic Stamp boards, with a Garmin GPS, with various amateur radio products, and with a recording altimeter. It works with all of those.

    Thanks for the good word!

    I just placed an order for both a "Parallax USB to Serial (RS-232) Adapter with Cable"

    and a new "SX-Key (USB)" {hopefully to be used as a spare}.
