BS2 Interpreter SMT

I'll ask again....Please help if you can.

I need a SMT foot print for ExpressPCB software. My hand is just not good enough to build one and I don't know how to use the X & Y cor. to do it or were to start.

Any advice

    It's an SSOP28 chip. Can't you find a generic footprint?
