How do you store data from the humidity sensor on board?

I have the PARALLAX sensirion humidity sensor on the breadbaord of the Board of Education. I have it reading data out to the computer, but I wanted to know how to get this data to store on the circuitbaord. I have little experience in this, so a clear explanation would be helpful. Thanks!

Depending on how big your program is you could store readings in the Stamp's eeprom, but the best way is to use an external serial eeprom. For starters, the StampWorks Manual v2.1 ( www.parallax.com/ProductInfo/Microcontrollers/BASICStampDocumentation/tabid/440/Default.aspx ) has a chapter with a demo program showing how to write and read a 24LC32 I2C eeprom. I know there were some Nuts and Volts articles that covered this also but I don't have the links handy.
