Error message when loading Tool

I'm using Tool v1.05.2 . and Win XP, SP2
When it is loading, the error message occurs as follows:
"Windows - No Disk.
Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c"
I usually ignore it and continue, but am wondering if this can cause a problem in the Tool?

The Prop. is connected to the hub.
I'll ignore it.
