it will be nice if the new version of the SX editor would be enhanced like the Basic Stamp editor.

*Features like:

1) If·placed an·indent before a command line and then I pressed enter, the editor should automatically add an indent to the new line.
Example
···········x=10
·········· y=5· (the editor should generate the indent by itself)

2)the editor should convert the command to capital letters automatically like it changes the color to blue

3) the Sub and functions should have a different colors

I would like the ability to indent or unindent a block of code. If anyone knows of a way to do this please let me know.

I would like to be able to comment entire blocks of code. C allows this with /* and */.

I think it would also be helpful to have the tab settings for a program saved within the program listing. This would be most useful in improving readability when importing code segments written by others with different tab settings.

Overall I like what we already have. Many thanks to those who brought this about. smile.gif
