  Actually I dont understand, how to transfer the photoresistor readings to the Parallel LCD. First write the readings to the eeprom and then transfer to the LCD, or direct to the LCD. Please if someone could write an example source code, it would be very helpful.

  1) You're giving very little information about your setup. What photoresistor readings are you talking about?
  
  2) There are all kinds of examples of programs that send data to a parallel LCD (start with: www.parallax.com/detail.asp?product_id=603-00006). Parallax products always include lots of examples. They're usually on the product page. Some are in the Stamps in Class tutorials and some are in Nuts and Volts articles. These can be downloaded by selecting the Download menu item on the main Parallax page and choosing "Stamps in Class Tutorials" or "Nuts and Volts Columns".
