Suggestions needed for circuit board layout software, ease of use and cost prim

I'm working on a project where I plan to produce multiple circuit boards. I plan on having the circuit boards made and already have built and tested some prototypes. I need to modify the current design with some added circuitry and this is beyond the capabilities of the current download I am using. What I need is a good, simple, easy-to-use program that will convert a schematic to PCB layout for production and possibly set up the silkscreen art as well, and I don't want to spend a month learning to use it. Is there anything out there that fits my requirements? I definitely need to keep the cost under the neighborhood of $500 for any program that I purchase. Thanks!

Chuck

I use DipTrace--works much like ExpressPCB. Free evaluation, $79 home version, upgrade to pro for ? Good libraries, support, ...

I have no affiliation blah, blah, blah...
