Sensor Data from Stamp to USB Flash Drive

Guys,
I have a FRAM memory chip, but I would like to save sensory data directly to a USB flash drive. Do you know if this is doable? I would like for the sensors to be in a "fixed" location, with the ability to remove the flash drive with the data saved on it.
Any ideas?
