This is my solder station foam flip board

It works great I can solder up a dozen boards in about 2 hours.

The panels are 42 up and they all snap apart.

I load the parts and it just flips over, the foam holds the through hole parts in place while soldering.

Re-arrange what's inside the box then...

    That's cool. Is that a Luxeon LED near the top-center of each board?

    Yes, the 1 watt emitter. From the back you can see the hole in the board. I then use a piece of adhesive foam with a 1/4 inch hole in it, I fill that hole with T-putty 504 thermal putty and stick it to the aluminum body. These lights don't get very hot as they are not driven 100% duty cycle but the thermal design will take 100% duty cycle at 350mA just for a safety margin.
