Looking for a Spin or Assembly propeller programmer

I may be interested in hiring a propeller programmer either using spin or assembly, whichever will make my project work. Some of the goals of the program are;
Must use Parallax serial 2x20 lcd display for a user interface. 1st line is output message and bottom line makes soft button labels for 4 keys
4 keys for user input, currently are set to give a high when depressed
10 inputs expecting either a low or high, display reflects which one has gone high
4 outputs start high but go low on certain conditions
ds1302 attached and can retrieve time, change time and use time for an alarm type output all adjustable by menu driven keypad
4 inputs attached to a wireless keyfob type controller must be able to control certain functions
Code seems simple enough but I am learning spin at the same time and I dont know if I will meet my current deadline.
