Hi,

Somebody knows the way to adapt a module PINK to a wireless connection? I have seen in the market some· Ethernet to wifi adapters, bridges and similars. It really work with the PINK? Somebody has verified it?

I try to follow the following scheme:

BOE+PINK+(ADAPTER)· --> ROUTER WIFI

    SMC makes an Ethernet wireless adapter (SMC2671W) which works well. I've only tried it with a small single board PC, but it should work with the PINK since it's a general purpose Ethernet to WiFi bridge.

    If, already I have been reviewing that adapter, but in Spain it is market-out.
    That so the ASUS WL-330Gg·?

    It seems compatible and small. Somebody has used it?

    Thanks Mike!

    I obtained a SMC 2671W·and works very well·hop.gif
    There is an example in http://www.todomicrostamp.com/interactivo13.php

    It's phase 3 of a project·that uses a BS2+PINK for wireless communications (wifi).

    I'm using PINK with a Propeller and IP9100 video server, to allow the propeller to controll pan/tilt/zoom on a video camera, and IP9100 to allow the video to go over the web. To make this WiFi, I'm using a cheap wireless router ( eHome for $1.99 - after rebates from CompUSA ). PINK and IP9100 pulg into the router and then PC connects to the hub (Uses a different channel and SSID than the regular network that I use for Internet and local networking.) Seems the wring way round, ( router as the remote) but works well. (Got the idea from a robot design I saw, with the router mounted on the Bot.) Will publish some pictures when completed.
