Good ADC for Capturing NTSC signal?

I am looking at doing some sampling of an NTSC Signal, and would like to replicate it.

Does anyone know of an ADC that has enough resolution to capture a signal?

Maybe the TLC5510 ? About $5 from digikey, 8 bit, samples at 20MHz.
