New Parallax USB to Serial adapter

I saw the new Parallax USB to Serial adapter www.parallax.com/detail.asp?product_id=28030
Looks nice, especially at $14.95.

Is there a male or female DB9 connector on the adapter? It would be helpful to add this info to the description - along with a picture showing the DB9 connector end

    Forrest, since the adapter terminates to a standard serial port style connection it would be male, since that is the proper gender for this side of the serial connection.· I hope this helps.· Take care.
