·· I had a similar problem (EMI) with the SX switching large inductive loads (10A-50A at 230V·AC·...· I solved the problem with using a snubber circuit for each relay. To be precise, the SX was swithing sixteen 12V DC relays and they were switching another sixteen 230AC·relays connected to large inductive loads.·Again,·after using a snubber circuit (Cap + RES) for each relay, the·problem was completely solved. By·the way, I've tried multi layer PCB boards for supply and Ground planes, metal enclosures·for shielding etc.·I've pretty much·tried everything possible but the SX was unstable and·the worst was that it would reset or do a "jump" in the middle of an important task !!! Think about that !
    · Also, don't forget an Inline filter if you are powering the board from the same power supply. (AC)·I believe this solution would definately solve your problem.·

    Nanochip,

I fully agree with your approach. Instead of trying the keep noise out of the SX, it is much better to eliminate the sources of noise, as the snubber circuits do it in your application. Good job!
