Can anyone recommend a program for drawing circuit diagrams that can be downloaded free?

    Go to www.expresspcb.com and download their package (free). It comes in two parts: ExpressSCH (schematic) and ExpressPCB (pcb layout). Both are very easy to use.

    I agree ExpressSCH is my favorite schematic drawing program. I love the "export to BMP" feature. The ExpressPCB program on the other hand--although easy to learn--it can be tedious making all the connections. I prefer Eagle cad for board designing.
