I haven't used this product, but it am planning on using it for a future project. It is a pressure sensor with electronics that linearize the analog output based on altitude, not air pressure. This means that the stamp doesn't need to do the complicated math.
I'm not sure what you meant by altimiter. Do you want a pressure sensor or a device that will output actual altitude?

We are waiting on parts, and will probably take a whack at adding this to our CanSat (minus the LCD).
