ADXL202 Analog output

Does anyone used the analog outputs of the ADXL202 accelerometer?, Are they as fast as the PWM outputs?

I'm working in an application which needs very fast readings to determine tilt in one axis and I saw a lot of noise in the PWM outputs. Maybe that noise was because of the resolution of the pulsin command and the solution can be to use the analog outputs with an ADC and stop dealing with the PULSIN command.

I've only used the ADXL210 PWM outputs and found that they are quite fast (can't remember the resolution at the moment).

What is the output?!· A varying voltage level?
