I'm not sure if someone already suggested this but try ExpressPCB (not to
be confused with PCB Express) at: http://www.expresspcb.com/
They provide free software to design your board, which automatically
calculates your board cost. They recently reduced their prices. I have
used them numerous times and have always been satisfies. Quick
turn-around time, and great quality. BTW, I have no affiliation with
them, just a satisfied customer. :+)
