That's cool. I don't know why I missed this discussion, until now. I also have such an OLED display on my board. And it would be so much cooler telling the customer seeking for support to "just scan the QR code" instead of "read the f*cking manual".

That was my exact motivation for this a couple of years ago. When I added the rotary encoder on my light controller, one of the display menus is a QR code with the URL. You just scan the display with your phone to open the config menu.
