Centre negative is highly unusual, ...

Is it a musical instrument accessory standard? A couple years ago I bought a little pocket effects box to run my acoustic guitar through (it has a piezo pickup) and I had to special order a center-negative wall-wart for it.

I also pointed Chip to a synthesizer kit from a company called Zeppelin Design Labs because a P2 version could do so much more (than the Atmel they use) -- I thought it would be a great P2 demo. That device also required a center-negative supply.

Also, I have the CD that came with the Coyote 1. I can make a copy if you'd like.

Thank you for the offer, David, but that Coyote stomp box will probably live on a shelf until the end of time. Someday I will experiment with it, but not soon.

Yes, I think center negative is common for guitar pedals but not quite a standard. There are some like the Coyote 1 that use center positive and some I think use voltages other than 9v.

I understand. I have lots of electronics parts and projects that I will probably never get back to including a lot of Parallax hardware including robots and various XGameStation game machines like the Hydra as well as dozens of Propeller and some BasicStamp stuff. I'd love to pass this on to someone who could use it but I have no idea how to do that. I would keep a few Flip and Edge modules for any future P1 or P2 work I might decide to do but I am finally admitting to myself that I will never use all of this stuff. If anyone has any ideas of what I can do with it I'd be happy to hear them. Unfortunately, I won't ship them out of the USA. The last time I tried to do that it involved making a complete inventory of the equipment with estimated values and I don't have the time to put that together.

Hopefully, you can find someone local. In May I was met up with another Propeller user named Joe who also lived in the SFV and he very kindly gifted me with several boxes of electronics that he didn't want to take on his move out of state. Perhaps there's a local school or maker space that would make good use of things that you're not using. When I moved back to CA I was able to do that.
