Eval Board Rev. C - Red Overload LED is on when board is plugged in idly on single USB Port

I suspect that something is fried on the board since the red LED comes on as soon as the board is plugged in (regardless of switch settings) with no peripherals connected. However when i connect both USB ports with the hub, the led goes dark and the propeller starts working.

I might have shorted something on the board due to some loose cables which were hanging around.

Any suggestions which chip does need a replacement?
