FlexProp scan for ports

Did something change with the latest FlexProp version to scan for ports? I was trying out the P2 WiFi Edge setup and it seems like when I scan for ports, it does not find it. When I insert the actual IP address into the command line, it does not make a connection. Just to verify, when I start up SimpleIDE, it finds the connection. Just for the fun of it, I tried to load a program, of course it came up with no P1 to be found.

Anybody else having problems with FlexProp and scan for ports, using the P2 WiFi setup?

    flexprop does not "yet" support a WiFi load option for P2. loadp2, which is a sub-module within flexprop, has not been updated to use WiFi for loading binaries onto the P2. And, flexprop's gui would need to be updated to work with loadp2, once it is able to do WiFi loading.

    The newest firmware for the Parallax WiFi module, does allow dropping P2 binaries onto a webpage for P2 loading. You'll need to research the forum postings related to P2 WiFI loading. I'll edit this post with a URL to that thread, soon.

    There are links within these to other posts that describe the process, as well. There's not a straight forward method yet for WiFi loading of the P2, so expect to do some head-scratching...
