P2 TM1638 Driver and Demo

This is a port of a P1 library I did a couple months ago. I haven't worked out the details of smart pin SPI, so the library I'm using here bit-bangs SPI using inline assembly for good speed. I have tested it with the LED&KEY module and the larger JY-MCU module with bi-color LEDs.

Edit: This code doesn't work with the modules marked QYF-TM1638 that have 16 buttons; that will require separate interface code (working on it).

    We need to find ways to make very short videos which in just a few seconds demonstrate these little programs. That way, people can get an immediate sense of what they're about.
