my propscope goes immediately to saying signal clipping

this happened before and the parrallax tech had me install new driver program and that seemed to get it working again. Well it worked for a few hours but again show clipping and freezes. Anyone seen this? Maybe reinstalling drivers again my work. If anyone seen this before let me know, thanks

    You seem to have been waiting 4 days for help. Maybe you should contact Parallax Customer Service will provide better response.

    I don't have a Propscope.. i just hate to see someone in need of real help ignored.

    If you have your Probe gain set to 10 on each channel, and both channels set to 50 volt input, do you get clipping?

    Make sure you are running PropScope Ver 2.07:

    What OS are you running? 32 bit 64 bit?

    I run Windows 7 Pro 64 bit on AMD machine with no problems.

    Thank you both Loopy and Public on, Yes it goes right to clipping no matter what the division is set at. I did put in the latest version and it worked for a short period of time but started the same thing. Well I removed the cover and found the USB tabs where loose on the board. I have a good solder station so I soldered them down to the board but I think the pins now are compressed from the movement they endured so I might just try a new recept. It was a great scope when it worked. I wonder if anyone else has had this trouble.
