  I have been using pieces of color gels from an Apollo Gel Sample set. Some of the white diffuser types work pretty well to blend the three elements.
  Also, check craft supply stores for vellum material. I have used it in the past.
  
  I also have a huge bag of inch long lightpipes somewhere from a surplus buy that are diffused just enough where they aren't called clear so I think they would blend well also, but haven't tried them out. On that subject though, Bivar makes quite few worth checking out:

  Scotch Magic Tape, maybe? I've used that in a pinch.
