  Great site thanks, perhaps you would have liked the programme I have recently watched about different automata including "The Writer" a small automated boy thats writes with an ink pen with amazingly smooth lettering and was programmable! Perhaps an earlier computer than Babbages?

  I remember reading the book as a kid. It's a great classic.
