  Yes, Click on the "Prefs" button. You should be good to go.

  I think the op means within code, it's possible to move the cursor around but not sure if you can change the colours?

  That would be a cool feature. Unfortunately PST doesn't have it.
  
  You can change the text color in some of the TV and VGA drivers.
