  However, right now I only have time for the helmet... minus the electronics, the inner skin and outer skin. What size?
  
  It is impossible to make the complete suit to light up without CG. That will be extra.

  I just have to wonder why this is being asked of the Parallax Forums? It isn't exactly an electronics project... unless you think everyone here just plays with blinking lights.
  
  You really need someone very savy in plastic modeling on a large scale.. and then you can ask us to add the light effects.

  Let's see, what does Tony Stark wear under his Iron Man suit? Just street clothes, right? Maybe a T-shirt and jeans. So what are you trying to say? Do you actually know what kind of underwear Tony Stark would wear? Maybe silk boxer shorts from Brooks Brothers? Or is he more of a Calvin Klein y-front kind of guy?
  
  Personally, all camo underwear might be cool, especially if one could have the silk boxer shorts.

  I have not made a iron man suit Yet as I have not had place to fiberglass for years ...
  Now that I have the colllege shop and my own Apt I I have some costumes I want to make and iron man is one of them.

  Some one tried to beat me up at a bar when I was dressed as Green lantern ... I used my light to blind him for a few min .

  Some guy on Instructables posted a link to an Iron Man project on another site. He used Pepakura to create a 3D model of the armor and then I think he made it out of some sort of plastic. The face plate is animatronic.
