    Thanks, I just stumbled upon your kind words by searching my own name, trying to find the thread where my Soft-Cog experiments were originally posted. In the Big PII thread Chip Gracey just suggested that he might consider releasing an FPGA configuration file for the DE2-115 board that would allow emulation of some PII Cogs. And I have that board on my desk and must must must jump onto this opportunity.
