  I don't think we're going to lose anything except the old links, since everything in the old forum was ported to this forum. For example, the BASIC Stamp Archive is here:

  As to the links, you can convert old links to new ones here:

  So nothing is lost AFAIK.

  Slightly off topic but related: My first thought on this announcement was "Why didn't Bump post this?" So, is Bump no longer around?

  Mr. Bump is alive and well and deeply engrossed in a very large, very exciting project.
  I shall let him know that you are wishing him well. Also, never call him a monkey, he doesn't like that.

  I approve of this.
  I'm alive, I swear; unfortunately I haven't been able to put my one resource to work on things beside the new website, which is looking pretty nice and still being plinker-plunked away upon.

  I've had PMs disabled almost since day one of being a forumista. I'll add that to my list of reasons to continue the practice.
