Ever wanted to keep an eye on your computer while you are away from it? Well, that is exactly what the attached software does.

    That's a .exe or executable file for use in a PC.

    How do we know it is legit?

    What is it suppose to do?

    @Duane

    Considering that you are the first person that asked all day, I will tell you about it. I created this exe several years ago and it is simply meant to be a harmless practical joke. It is a "top window application", meaning it stays on top of all other windows. In addition to being a top window application, it is also a dialog box application that uses "regions" for the shape of the window. The shape of the window is an eyeball, which is painted periodically with nine different eyeball bitmaps. As soon as the application is executed, a dialog box opens up with the statement "Eye Will Be Watching Your Every Move!". Upon clicking OK, the application forms a region and this region is periodically updated through painting to represent a roving eyeball. If a mouse pointer is put over the eye, it acts like an irritant and the eyeball moves all around. Additonally, at periodical intervals, the eyeball will change positions on the screen. Kind of cool actually and definitely relates to a pun as intended. The application can be dismissed with CTRL + ALT + DELETE and select to end the Observer process.

    Truly harmless

    EDIT: Additionally, the eyeball can moved by dragging with the primary mouse button, but if an attempt is made to position it off the screen area, it will reposition itself to be visible.
