How many times can an SX micro be programmed

I'm assuming that like all micro-controllers there's a limit to the number of times the eprom can be written to before "wearing" it out. Does anyone have that spec?

I'm sure it's more times than you have the patience or time to endure. 10,000 would be a low number.
