By "program a Propeller" do you mean downloading a new program from one Propeller to another or do you mean editing and compiling or assembling a program, then downloading it? For the first case, there's a Spin program written by Chip Gracey that does just this. It's attached to this posting. For the second case, there is the Sphinx system which includes a Spin compiler and assembler along with various utility programs and it all runs on a Propeller with a keyboard and TV monitor. You could combine this with the techniques shown in Chip's program to download a compiled program to another Propeller.
