Usb Serial Boe Bot

I have my boe bot hooked up correctly, but when I open the stamp editor and click identify com4 which is the usb serial port shows empty. Need help asap.

    Did you install the USB driver that came with the Stamp Editor? You can download the latest version from FTDI. The default Windows driver won't work for programming. The Stamp also has to have power for the Editor to identify it.
