My humid reading is 2330% - HS1101 humidity sensor- please help

I'm trying to test my HS1101 humid sensor using the demonstration in the document. I do the exact setup, however I have a reading of 2330% from the sensor. Any ideas why this happened? Is the sensor broken? Please help.

    No, the sensor is not broken. I had similar prblems with my BS2. Called tech support and they said to check connections. Ty wiggling the sensor and not using the aligator clips. Put the HS1101 and related circuitry directly on BOE board. If all else fails... Buy a new breadboard and use that. Let me know if any of that helps.

    I hope it's not just 23.3%. On the other hand that seems too dry for San Jose...

    I checked my connection, took out the clips, it's still showing 2330%, I'm going to buy new breadboard today. Thanks
