About EEPROM programer.................!!

HI,
I have learned that EEPROM are very much used, after EPROM due to UV rays need in this chip but how to write program using an EEPROM programer as i have found there are many.......??
How to get UV rays to remove/erase prgram from chip?
Thanks

I recommend using the Wikipedia for questions of this sort. It is available in many languages. Start with this article and follow the links given as you read it.
I know you like to do your project without microcontrollers but I'm wondering if you'd be interested in learning to use the Propeller.
I personlly think the Propeller is a great microcontroller. I have a QuickStart board I need to give to someone who hasn't used the Propeller before.
If you send me a "Private Message", with your address in India, I'll mail you a QuickStart board.

I believe there are many EEPROMs and its own cheap programmer for sale there.
Yeah, i know EEROM ned electricity, i was talking this for EROM how to get UV rays??

First remove the sticker covering the window.
Next put it out side and let the sun shine on it for 1 hour.
Or buy a UV light and shine it onto the window, 20 minutes.
But, is there more application of EEPROM now, what is max. size of of memory content??
C.W.
I know it can write to I2C EEPROMs. Are there other kinds? Never mind, I went to our friend Wikipedia and found that there are lots of different EEPROM with lots of different communication protocols. I'd think the Propeller would be able to handle all the protocols. It might not be as easy as a dedicated programmer but I'd think it would work.
What do people keep saying about only having a hammer? The Prop is my hammer and everything looks like propeller nails.

Hi,
What is this propeller, i found that it is a fan in Google...
& can you tell me more about I2c..??
Please make sure I have your address formatted correctly. I sent you a Private Message about this.

i can't understand it in Google ..!!
I found a lot of results!
Okay, here's a simple one. Please fill in the blanks:
I2C stands for I____ I________ Circuit. It is developed by P_____ Incorporated. It is a mode of c_______ for between two p________, such as ROM, RAM, ADC, and et cetera. Only ___ wires are needed for an I2C connection.
Here is the simple tutorial explaining about the rudiments of I2C.
I have read that tutorial, according to I2C they required 4 wires for power supply, SCL & SDA.....is that used in USB also or other application of it??
I have seen that USB oscilloscope it was very cool, especially for me because i was learning transistor biasing, for this it is very important......
pls tell cost of that and what is the max. freq. of that??
Thanks
PropScope by itself
Older USB Scope
Make sure and look at the specs. of the different oscilloscopes. The PropScope costs more but can analyze higher frequency signals.
Welcome to the forum. You will find lots of friendly knowledgeable folks to help you out here.
Ritesh,
Take a look at this thread about using the Propeller as a digital oscilloscope.
I haven't tried the program myself but it looks pretty good.
