How to calibrate the wheels with precision?

Hi, i kept having the problem where the wheels are off calibration. I had calibrated the wheels to remain stationary at signal of 173, however, the bot will not move in straight line with straight signals ie (170, 176).
As it moves a bit towards the left, i have made adjustment to my codes so that it will move as straight as possible. However, when i tried out the Bot again the next day, it ended up moving too much to the right...
It is really a chore that i have to recalibrate the wheels everytime. Is that a way which i can calibrate the wheels easily or some program which i can use to check if the calibration are accurate?

As I understand it, these need to be executed and then you get values for center, left and right.
These values must then be used instead of the default values that are supplied in the
programs that use the servos.

BasicWheelServoCalibrate1.java
CalibrateWheelServos.java
JBotServoCalibrate1.java
Also check the manual for any proposed procedure on how to calibrate the servos.
