LCD AppMod 29121

Hi, I'm using the LCD AppMod 29121 with my Boe-Bot. Everything is going well except that there is an interference between the LCD contrast potentiometer position and the BS2 IN/OUT pin 15: it seems that the middle point of the potentiometer is connected through pin 15. Is this something normal or is there any wiring problem on my LCD module?
Thank you,
Luca.

Electronically, the contrast pot is not connected to any BASIC Stamp pins. The "ends" are connected to Vdd and Vss, the wiper goes to the contrast input on the LCD.

    Thank you Jon.
I double checked the circuit and I can measure the pot cursor on connection to pin15 (module disconnected). There must be a bridge somewhere. I'll manage to discover it.
    thank you again,
    Luca.
